With reference to my telegram dated 17th February, 1927, on the subject of the proposed aerodrome in this Colony, I have the honour to enclose for your Consideration copy of a letter from the Commodore together with copies of the plans referred to therein. I should be glad if, as suggested by the

Commodore, plans of some of the existing isolated aerodromes might be obtained and the lay-out proposed for Hong Kong submitted for the criticism of those responsible for the working of such aerodromes.

Estimates of the cost of the Hong Kong scheme, so far as is ascertainable, will follow.

I have the honour to be,

Sir,

Your most obedient, humble servant,

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE

LIEUTENANT COLONEL L.C.M.S. AMERY, M.P.,
